References
I haven’t gone hunting for modern references for pharmacokinetics. I have fond memories of Pharmacokinetics for Anaesthesia by Hull when I was studying for the primary.
Some of the older versions of Goodman & Gillman also had quite extensive sections on pharmacokinetics.
These are comprehensive references, so I would only use the relevant sections, but they are helpful in that they explain the concepts fully. If you can find them, use them to understand the areas covered in the LOs, and avoid getting caught up with details of advanced topics such as non-compartmental modelling.
