3. The author retains all rights to the program, including but not limited to title, ownership, intellectual property, movie and T-shirt sales. The source code to this software remains a trade secret belonging to James Derrick.
Whilst you may distribute as many free copies of this program as you wish, you must include this file and may not sell, rent or lease it. You may not attempt to decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer this program in any way. Attempting to do so contravenes this agreement, and results in an immediate loss of licence. The author takes no responsibility for any damage to data, programs, system, computer, psyche or gastric mucosa which may be caused by doing so.
4. IF YOU TAKE EXCEPTION TO ANY PART OF THIS AGREEMENT, PLEASE IMMEDIATELY QUIT FROM THIS PROGRAM AND ERASE ALL COPIES OF IT WHICH YOU POSSESS. USE OF THE PROGRAM WILL BE CONSIDERED ACCEPTANCE OF ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT.
